Join us to enjoy our THIRTEENTH summer performing at Camlann Medieval Village! Skilled SHAK students in period costume, ages 7-18, offer four half-hour performances throughout the afternoon at this living-history village (12-5pm). The group presents engaging medieval songs and dramatic tales from the 12th-14th centuries, with an emphasis on beauty and humor. Accompaniment on musical instruments of the time is by SHAK director Shulamit Kleinerman (medieval fiddle), alumnus guest artist Nick Chrisman (voice and medieval fiddle), and skilled student performers. Drama is directed by Carmen Mettler. This venue and SHAK’s performances are appropriate for ALL ages, including grownup fans of historical performance.
