SHAK's Early Music Youth Academy is growing! Six chamber ensembles present the fruits of their early-autumn work together, sharing music of Renaissance England and the Italian Baroque. Skilled students aged 10-17 play viola da gamba, recorders, Baroque violin and cello, Baroque bassoon, and harpsichord, with John Lenti (lute and theorbo), SHAK alumna Tess Roberts (viola da gamba) and SHAK program director Shulamit Kleinerman (violin). 

Join us in welcoming no fewer than five first-time EMYA participants along with nine continuing players! 

The concert lasts about 75 minutes. Admission is free. (Voluntary donations in support of the program are gratefully accepted but not required.)
